There’s this one book where there is a list of top-level athletes who have performed amazingly when they are most stressed, pressured, tensed, tight, worried and nervous.
Encourage your child to take an after school nap or rest prior to training. Offer healthy meals at the same time every day, keeping in mind that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Encourage athletes to tell coaches, parents or another adult about any pain, injury or illness they may have during or after any practices or games.
